  1. Order a recycling container from Camcut

    Camcut arranges a Walter Tools recycling container for the customer. The container is placed in the production area in a location where end-of-life carbide tools can easily be collected separately from other metal waste.
  2. Collect used tools

    End-of-life, broken, or otherwise discarded carbide tools are collected in the container as part of normal work. A clearly designated collection point and an agreed procedure ensure that valuable tool materials do not accidentally end up in mixed waste or ordinary scrap metal.
  3. Notify us when the container is full

    When the recycling container is full, the customer notifies Camcut. Camcut handles the necessary arrangements, shipping documents, and collection of the container together with Walter Tools. Delivery of the recycling container and the agreed transportation are free of charge for the customer.
  4. The material is weighed and inspected

    Walter Tools receives, weighs, and inspects the delivered material. The compensation is based on the weight of the accepted carbide and the current purchase price.
  5. The customer receives compensation

    After the inspection, Camcut compensates the customer for the recycled carbide. This allows the material value tied up in discarded tools to be recovered and used by the company toward new orders.

Once a recycling container and a clear procedure are in place, recycling becomes a natural part of daily production. The customer does not need to establish a separate recycling system or manage practical arrangements with several different parties.
