Pocket NC
The Pocket NC is a small table size 5-axis machining center. Pocket NC is an inexpensive choice for making small parts and learning 5-axis machining for example in educational institutions. Thanks to its small size and versatile 5-axis features the Pocket NC is a cost-effective solution for teaching 5-axis machining.
The Pocket NC machine reads the standard ISO code and can be connected to a computer via Ethernet, USN and USB connections. The range of motion of the machine is X115.5mm / Y 128.3mm / Z90.1mm and it is capable of continuous 5-axis movement. The maximum spindle speed is 50,000 rpm and the maximum tool mounting diameter is 4mm. The programming of the machine tool is handled for example with Mastercam software, where machining can be simulated in a machine simulation environment before a machining.
