Technical Sales Representative – Camcut AB / Camcut Group

Region: Mälar Valley / Uppland

Camcut Group continues to expand and is now establishing its operations in Sweden. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-building technical sales representative with proven experience in selling cutting tools to the Swedish machining industry.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be involved from the very start in shaping how Camcut establishes itself in the Swedish market.

Your Role

As Camcut’s first full-time sales representative in Sweden, you will play a key role in our growth journey. Your duties will include:

  • Responsible for selling Camcut’s cutting tools and related solutions (Walter Tools is our main representation)
  • Acquiring new customers and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Building and developing Camcut’s future sales organization in Sweden
  • Conducting regular customer visits and working closely with production and technical teams
  • Engaging in technical discussions about machining methods, production efficiency, and optimization
  • Collaborating closely with our team and partners in Finland

Work Arrangements:

  • Approximately 4 days per week visiting customers
  • About 1 day per week handling administrative tasks from your home office
  • Travel within the Mälar Valley/Uppland area

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience selling cutting tools to the Swedish machining industry
  • Excellent market knowledge in the Mälar Valley/Uppland region
  • An outgoing and trustworthy personality
  • Strong technical understanding of machining and workshop environments
  • A plus: experience in process planning, CAM programming, or production development
  • The ability to work independently and build a new market
  • Native Swedish and good English skills
