Maximum liability: If any of the above limitations of liability are found to be invalid, Camcut's total liability is in any case limited to the minimum required by mandatory law; unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Camcut's total liability is zero (0) euros.
10) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural phenomena, war, strikes, general communication or electricity supply disruptions).

12) Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
