Camcut Oy (hereafter referred to as Camcut) processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This document describes how Camcut handles personal data on its website and under what conditions the website may be used. We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to processors acting on behalf of Camcut (e.g., accounting offices, selected marketing/IT services, logistics), but only to the extent necessary. These parties do not use the data for their own purposes.

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA area, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

When the retention basis ends, data will be deleted or anonymized.

This applies to all types of damages, including but not limited to:

Maximum liability: If any of the above limitations of liability are found to be invalid, Camcut's total liability is in any case limited to the minimum required by mandatory law; unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Camcut's total liability is zero (0) euros.

10) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural phenomena, war, strikes, general communication or electricity supply disruptions).

12) Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The use of the website and these terms is governed by Finnish law (excluding conflict of law rules). Disputes are to be resolved primarily through negotiation, and if no settlement is reached, the matter will be decided in the District Court of North Savonia, Finland.
