Camcut’s services help machine shops develop their production, CNC programming, machining methods, and employee expertise as a whole. Our services include Mastercam training, CAM programming, process planning, technical support and expert consulting, special tooling services, cutting-tool sharpening, carbide recycling, and digital services that support the day-to-day work of machine shops. We help address individual programming, tooling, and support needs as well as broader production-development initiatives aimed at reducing machining times, improving process stability, eliminating unnecessary operations, and making more effective use of machines, tools, and software. Our services are based on practical experience in machining, CAM programming, cutting tools, and production development, with the long-term goal of improving machine-shop productivity, operational reliability, and the efficiency of machining processes.

Mastercam training

Develop your CNC programming skills with hands-on Mastercam training. Training can be tailored to your company and delivered either in person or remotely, complemented by Finnish-language training videos.

Support and Expert Services

Our experts support you in selecting, implementing, and using products, software, and production solutions on a daily basis. We also help with troubleshooting and production development needs.

Method Design

We develop the entire machining process—from work steps, tooling, and fixturing to CAM programming, machining strategies, and cutting parameters. The goal is an efficient, stable manufacturing method suitable for production.

Specialized Tool Service

When a standard tool isn’t the best solution, we help design a specialized tool tailored to the application. Special tools can combine machining steps, reduce machining time, and handle complex geometries.

Sharpening service

Extend the service life of cutting tools with professional reconditioning. Walter Tools’ Reconditioning service restores the tool’s geometry, coating, and performance as close as possible to their original condition.

CAM programming

You gain access to an experienced CAM programming resource, whether for individual projects or ongoing needs. In programming, we consider not only toolpaths but also tooling, fixturing, machining strategies, and production-appropriate cutting parameters.

Carbide Recycling

Return your used carbide tools to the materials cycle. You’ll receive credit for approved carbide, and the material can be used to manufacture new tools.

Digital services

Camcut’s digital services bring together product information, 3D models, technical tools, support content, an online store, and a mobile app into an easily accessible solution for the daily operations of machine shops.
