Valid from: October 29, 2025

Sales to business customers only. These terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of Camcut Oy’s (“Camcut”) products to business customers.

1. Scope of Application and Formation of Contract

1.1. These terms apply to all sales by Camcut unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2. The contract is formed when Camcut confirms the order in writing (e.g., order confirmation/email) or has commenced delivery of the order. Camcut reserves the right to reject an order (e.g., in cases of pricing/stock errors).

2. Customer Group

2.1. Sales to business customers only. These terms do not apply to consumer sales.

3. Prices and Invoicing

3.1. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted excluding tax (VAT 0%) in euros (EUR). Value-added tax will be added to the invoice at the applicable rate.

3.2. Prices do not include delivery charges unless specified otherwise.

3.3. Camcut reserves the right to change prices, fees, and terms. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Camcut may correct the price or cancel the sale.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Sales are invoiced only. Payment term as agreed in the contract.

4.2. Late payments will incur interest in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act (reference rate + 8 percentage points) as well as reasonable debt collection fees.

4.3. Camcut reserves the right to suspend deliveries and/or change payment terms if the customer has overdue receivables.

5. Retention of Ownership

5.1. Ownership of goods passes to the customer only after the purchase price has been paid in full.

6. Delivery Times

6.1. Walter Tools and Dormer Pramet (stock items): delivery time 1–3 business days.

6.2. Other suppliers/products: typical delivery time is 1–2 weeks.

6.3. Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock status and carriers. Camcut reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

7. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

7.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is made using the shipping method chosen by Camcut.

7.2. Risk transfers to the customer when the goods have been handed over to the first carrier (including pickup from Camcut or supplier’s warehouse).

7.3. Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the packages and products. Any visible transport damage must be noted on the waybill immediately and reported to both the carrier and Camcut without delay (no later than within 7 days).

10.3. Compliance with the manufacturer’s/importer’s instructions is a prerequisite for warranty coverage.

11. Limitation of Liability
