Competitiveness comes from the bigger picture
Camcut was founded on the idea that the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry does not come from individual products, but from a well-designed manufacturing process. Production planning, machining strategies, CAM programming, tooling, workholding, measurement, simulation, quality assurance, and employee expertise all affect how efficiently and reliably production operates.
When these areas are sourced from different suppliers, no one may be responsible for the overall solution. Individual solutions may work well on their own but fit together poorly. This can lead to longer setup times, unnecessary trial and error, redundant process steps, higher tooling costs, or slower production development.
In Camcut’s operating model, software, tools, manufacturing methods, and expert services are designed to support the same process. This makes implementation easier, speeds up problem-solving, and makes production development more controlled.

Practical expertise for production development
Our experts have decades of experience in CAM programming, machining, cutting tools, process planning, technical support, training, and the development of manufacturing processes. We work in our customers’ production environments almost daily and serve several hundred manufacturing companies, from small machine shops to large corporations.
We provide customers with CAM programming and process development services almost every week, and participate in testing new tooling solutions, machining strategies, and manufacturing methods. The performance of each solution is evaluated under real production conditions, not solely on the basis of manufacturers’ technical specifications.
Collaboration can begin with drawings, a 3D model, and machine tool data, for example. Based on this information, we use CAM software to compare manufacturing methods, tooling solutions, machining strategies, and cutting parameters. When necessary, we simulate tool reach, machining times, and collision scenarios before the first part is manufactured.
The customer can use the plans in their own production or outsource CAM programming to Camcut. In the best-case customer projects, machining times have been reduced by more than 50% compared with previous tooling solutions and manufacturing methods. At the same time, tool life, tooling costs, and process stability and predictability may have improved. Results always depend on the part, material, machine, and starting point.

A partnership that strengthens our customers’ competitiveness
Cooperation with Camcut does not end with delivery. We are there when the solution is implemented, production changes, employees are trained, or new development needs arise. We provide training, technical support, implementation services, CAM programming, process planning, and other expert services to ensure that customers get the greatest possible benefit from their solutions.
We monitor developments in digitalization, artificial intelligence, automation, and new manufacturing technologies together with our customers and manufacturers. We do not recommend solutions simply because they are new, but when they deliver practical benefits in terms of production time, tool life, quality, costs, process stability, or information management.
What does partnering with Camcut mean?
Partnership means having a partner who helps you select the right software, tools, workholding solutions, measurement methods, and manufacturing processes, supports their implementation, and contributes to production development even after the initial delivery.
We don’t begin the conversation by asking what product the customer needs. We start by understanding what the customer manufactures, the production environment in which the work is carried out, where challenges arise, and which solutions can support long-term production development.
That’s why Camcut.
